I contracted Plexirenovations and Construction to transform an open patio into a sun room and braai area. Being active in the construction industry all my working career I understood the complexities of enclosing the patio area and replacing and waterproofing the split level roof. The overall building project processes was handled with excellent businesses, acumen. We were professionally informed by the builder concerning what products to use in the different areas of our building needs. This made the choices we took much easier for us. The demolition work was done with care and neatly cleaned afterwards. The brick and mortar, plumbing, tiling, electrical , carpentry and painting work was also excellently done. The builder kept to the timeliness and afterwards left the building site as neat as he has found it. The builder also did not hesitate to after a few months contact us to found out if everything is in order.
