Full strip-out of tiles, cupboards, bathroom fittings and ceiling finishes
Bathroom rebuilt with waterproofing, a walk-in shower with frameless glass and a floating vanity
New large-format floor tiles throughout the flat
Knotty pine ceiling sanded, primed against resin bleed and painted
New black aluminium glass partition and sliding door to the enclosed balcony
Debris removed from the third floor by chute to protect shared areas

After: bathroom with frameless walk-in shower, black-tiled shower base, floating vanity with vessel basin and wall-mounted mixer

During: bathroom stripped to the walls, with waterproofing applied to the shower area and floor before tiling

During: new large-format floor and shower wall tiles laid, toilet fitted and shower base tiled, before the vanity and glass go in

Before: enclosed balcony with a dark knotty pine ceiling, old aluminium sliding door and beige floor tiles

After: new black aluminium glass partition and sliding door, painted ceiling and large grey floor tiles, with views over the trees

After: bedroom seen through the new black-framed glass partition, with built-in cupboards and new grey floor tiles
