Roof Structure & Covering
Timber or steel truss roof structures, IBR or Kliplok roof sheeting, concrete or clay roof tiles, guttering, and downpipes — all specified to suit your design and the Pretoria climate.

First and second fix electrical by qualified electricians with COC on completion. Complete plumbing from stormwater and sewer connections through to final fixtures and fittings.

Design, Plans & Approval
Working drawings are produced and submitted to City of Tshwane for building plan approval. Where an HOA or estate is involved, those plans are submitted simultaneously. We handle the back-and-forth so you don't have to.
Detailed Quote & Contract
You receive a fully itemised quote covering materials, labour, and all trades. The contract spells out the payment schedule, the programme, and how variations are managed. No surprises once work starts.
Build & Regular Updates
Our site foreman manages daily progress, materials deliveries, and quality control. You receive regular updates with photos and are welcome on site at any time. NHBRC inspections are scheduled at each required stage.
Completion & Handover
A full snagging walk-through is done with you before we call the job complete. You receive your occupancy certificate, electrical COC, plumbing completion certificate, and NHBRC warranty documentation.
